At Visual Adz, every product we make is designed and produced with care — forged through creativity, precision, and quality. While we strive for perfection, we understand that rare issues can occur. This policy ensures that your concerns are handled fairly, efficiently, and with transparency.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for products that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
All requests must meet the following conditions:

    • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
    • Proof of purchase and unboxing photos or videos showing the defect or damage are required to validate your claim.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or replacement, including:

    • Personalized or custom-printed products (e.g., shirts, mugs, or other items with unique designs, names, or client-specific artwork)
    • Sale or promotional items
    • Digital design files or creative services

Additionally, please note that minor color variations or slight print placement differences may occur due to the nature of printing and screen calibration. These are not considered defects and are part of the handcrafted charm of our creative process.

Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement for the defective or incorrect item. Refunds or store credits are not available at this time.

    • Visual Adz will shoulder the return shipping cost for verified damaged or incorrect items.
    • Once approved, our team will coordinate the pickup of the product and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a replacement request if the item shows signs of use, deliberate damage, or false claims.

Scopt of Service

Currently, our return and replacement policy applies only to customers within the Philippines. International returns and replacements are not yet supported as we continue to expand our logistics network.
