Visual Adz (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates from the Philippines and provides creative, printing, and digital design services locally and internationally. While not yet formally registered as a business entity, we operate professionally under Philippine laws and uphold ethical standards in all transactions.
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
We offer a wide range of creative solutions, including but not limited to:

Each project is tailored to meet your needs, combining visual storytelling and design craftsmanship to deliver work that speaks to your brand and vision.
All projects begin with an approved quotation or proposal.
A 50% down payment is required to initiate any design or production work. The remaining balance must be settled before the delivery or release of final outputs.
Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, and PayPal.
Payment confirms acceptance of our design and production terms.
Our process is designed to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining creative flow:
Standard projects include 3 rounds of revisions by default.
Starter-tier packages include 1 round, while higher tiers may include more as agreed and stated in your contract.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will incur extra charges, billed based on scope and complexity.
We strive to match designs as closely as possible to your approved digital proofs. However, please note that colors may slightly vary between digital screens and actual printed materials due to differences in display and printing processes.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
Defective or incorrect products are eligible for replacement within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused and accompanied by proof of purchase, as well as unboxing photos or videos.
We will shoulder return shipping costs for eligible cases and coordinate pickup (no physical return address required).
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personalized merch, or sale items.
